Whether you are a Team Beachbody coach, a new customer or someone searching for more information on Beachbody products and services, at some point you may need to get in contact with Beachbody Coach relations. When that times comes, the last thing you want is to have to search all over the internet to find the info you need. That’s exactly why I want this article to be your first and last stop when it comes to learning how to contact Beachbody Coach relations.

If you are a current Beachbody customer, you can contact support three different ways, via phone, email or live chat. The best part about it is no matter which category you fall in, the customer relations team is available 7 days a week from 4am to 10am PST.

Again, I personally always try to get someone on the phone before going to the chat or email options, but everyone has their own preferences. Customer support really takes good care of their coaching staff. There has not been one time that I called coach relations and did not get my problem solved in a timely manner. The information provided above works just fine for American and Canadian coaches, but what about the coaches in the United Kingdom? Here is the Beachbody coach relations number you will want to use if you live in the U.K. 0121-620-8111.

Customer Support International Orders

How Can I Find Motivation To Lose Weight?

How to find weight loss motivationIf you are reading this article it is likely you are feeling discouraged and you want to know how can I find motivation to lose weight, where to find the willpower to shake off bad routines and how to get in the best shape of your life.

I am so glad you stopped by because I want to share with you my 3 favorite weight loss motivational tips that I followed to help me get back in shape after giving birth to my second son. Before you get started, be sure to take out a pen and pad so you can brainstorm as you go through these steps with me. Ok, let’s get started with step number 1.

Finding Weight Loss Motivation Step 1- Make A Commitment To Change

First, you must understand that while other’s can influence you to get motivated, the first step starts with you. That’s right, this may sound weird but you have to make a conscious decision that you want to make a change and follow it up with action.

The good news is, it sounds like you are half way there. You have taken the time to search for how can I get motivated to lose weight or other related terms and you landed here. It does not matter if you have never worked out a day in your life or it’s simply been a while. You have an opportunity to make a change in your life starting right NOW.

If you have decided you are ready for a change, then please continue reading. On your note pad write down 3 realistic goals you want to accomplish in the next 21 days and I will show you how to get there. Keep in mind we are talking the next 21 days so writing down something like lose 100 pounds would be unrealistic.  Here are a few examples of what I wrote down when going through this process.

  1. Lose 5-10 lbs
  2. Develop A Healthy Eating Routine
  3. Gain More Energy

Motivation For Weight Loss Step 2- Find An Accountability Partner

Let’s face it, finding time to work out on a consistent basis and juggle our daily routines can seem impossible. I am a wife and mother of two young boys and believe me when I tell you they keep me going NON STOP. At the end of my day, sometimes working out is the last thing on my mind, but I get it done. Want to know why? It’s simple.

I have an accountability partner that checks in on me each and everyday. An accountability partner is nothing more than someone that understands your weight loss or fitness goals and agrees to help you achieve them by holding you accountable.

This person could be a friend, co-worker, neighbor or family member. Someone that is going to be willing to call, text, meet in person or Skype with you from time to time. My accountability partner is my husband. He motivates me when I feel like I just can not find the energy to workout or If I am feeling burnt out on eating healthy. Simple messages like, just reminding you to eat healthy today, or did you have your vitamin today, really helps believe it or not.

On your note pad, make a list of potential accountability partners that you can trust to help you stay LASER Focused on your goals. If you do not have anyone, I am willing to be your partner.

Weight Loss Motivation Step 3- Follow A Proven Weight Loss Routine

Step number three is also very important. A lot of my coaching clients used to tell me they get overwhelmed with working out because they simply do not know what to do. they do not know what to eat, how much to eat and more importantly what workouts are best for burning fat and losing weight.

Do me a small favor and write this down in capital letters on your note pad. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO REINVENT THE WHEEL. This simply means you do not have to go out all over the internet trying to piece together workout and diet plans. I have been a beachbody coach for a couple years now and I can recommend PROVEN workout routines based on YOUR goals.

How Can I Find A Beachbody Coach That’s Right For Me?


If you are reading this, you have probably been asking yourself, how can I find a Beachbody coach near me.

One that is going to motivate me to workout, eat right and meet my fitness goals. If you have done some searching online you may have noticed their isn’t a Beachbody Coach directory or list of Beachbody coaches to randomly choose from. It is your job to seek out an individual that meets your standards and is willing to practice what they preach. Here are a few tips to keep in mind when trying to find a Beach Body coach.

Finding A Beachbody Coach Tip 1- Regular Activity

You want to make sure your Beachbody coach is active. It needs to be a person that is actively working out, eating healthy and has a working knowledge of the Beachbody programs and supplements. Your coach should ultimately be a representation of what you would like to look like once you have experienced your full transformation. They should be actively posting on social media and connecting with people on a daily basis and they should be using the products they are promoting (Shakeology, performance products etc.). Finding a Beach body coach with these simple qualifications is the first step in process.

Finding The Right Coach Tip 2- Accountability

If you are truly looking to change your life, then you will find a coach that is going to not only challenge you, but also hold you accountable. Holding you accountable means checking in on you via text, phone calls, emails or Skype on a regular basis to make sure you are following your workouts, meal plans and motivating you when your mind/body is telling you to quit. You NEED someone to be with you every step of the process. What is the use of having a coach that you never hear from?

Beachbody Coach Finder Tip 3- What Are Other’s Saying?

Another good thing to keep in mind with finding a good Beach body coach is to take notice of what other people are saying about your potential Beachbody coach. Do they have positive reviews online? Are they people in their 21 Day Fix challenge groups saying google things about them? Do they appear to be active or well liked in their community? Bottom line is you want to make sure this person is trusted by others.
If you follow these tips, finding a Beachbody coach will be easier than ever before. Also keep in mind, your coach does NOT need to live in your local area. How To Mix Shakeology- Say Good Bye To Clumps and Lumps

If you have just purchased Shakeology, you may be wondering how do I mix it, and more specifically how to mix shakeology with water?

How much water should I use? Can I mix it with just a spoon and nothing else?

Or maybe you are thinking about buying shakeology, but before you do you need to know that it will mix well and not leave you feeling like you drank a sand castle at the beach.

No matter which category you happen to fall under, I am here to save you a lot of time and achy teeth.

The truth is, Shakeology tastes great, but if you do not have a way to properly mix it, it can become a bit clumpy. This is not just the case with Shakeology, but essentially any power based supplement can act this way if not mixed properly. Those of you that drink protein can certainly relate.

Now when I home and I have the time, I use a nutri bullet to blend my shakeology shakes, but what the heck is a mother of a 2 and 4 year old supposed to do when it’s time for my daily dose of dense nutrition and we are out at the playground or rushing to a doctors appointment?

Well today ladies and gentlemen I am going to share my new secret weapon with you! I got so tired of almost choking on lumpy shakes on the go I made it my mission to find a solution.

That’s right! Finally enough was enough. After doing some searching on the internet I came across something called a cyclone power mixer and I decided to order one and give it a try!

Pros Of The Cyclone Mixer Cup

So as you can see from the video, this little engine that could really works! The best part about it is the price and size. It is affordable and small enough to fit in my gym bag or purse with no issues.

The bottom line is, if you drink shakeology, protein or any other type of performance powder that requires mixing, then you need to get your hands on one of these things!

Here is why you will want to act fast. When I ordered mine about a week ago, the website said the normal price for the power cyclone mixer cup was about $30, but I guess the seller was feeling generous because they had a $10 off special running and I was able to get it for just $20.

You’ll notice I say potential cons because to be honest I havent come across many at the moment, but I will update this post if I encounter any in the near future. The only potential negatives I forsee with the cyclone mixer is the fact that it requires 3 AAA batteries to operate. I will keep everyone posted on exactly how long they last. Now keep in mind, this will largely depend on how often you use it, but I will document that as well.
